My Address has an errorIf you notice an error please contact us as soon as possible, as long as you order has not been dispatched we should be able to change this for you.
How long will my order take?We always aim to dispatch your order within 2 days. Your order will be sent via Evri which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen the next day option this aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Will i be able to track my order?Yes all orders are sent via a tracked service, some items (like patterns, needles or hooks may not be) are not sent via a tracked service.
You're out of stock - What do i do?If we are out of stock and you would like to know if or when we are having the product back in then please contact us using the information on the contact us page.
