If you notice an error please contact us as soon as possible, as long as you order has not been dispatched we should be able to change this for you.
We always aim to dispatch your order within 2 days. Your order will be sent via Evri which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen the next day option this aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Yes all orders are sent via a tracked service, some items (like patterns, needles or hooks may not be) are not sent via a tracked service.
